Archuleta Scholarship in Escrow 9

A program is in place at Pagosa Springs High School called the Archuleta Scholarship
in Escrow Program. This program rewards high school students for earning “A”s and “B”s
in core classes. Students earn $40 for a final grade of A and $20 for a B. The money is
held in an escrow fund until the student graduates from high school. After graduation the
money is sent directly to the college or vocational school where the student is enrolled.
A major supporter of this program is the Archuleta County Board of REALTORS®.
Participating Realtors agree to contribute a set amount to the scholarship fund for every
real estate closing in which they are involved.
